Amber Scates

Amber graduated from The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts (Musical Theatre) in 2021 and a Diploma (Music Theatre) in 2018, where she received the prestigious Lesley Anderson Award. She spent 5 years as the lead singer of Indie/Rock band RAKSHA where she released two EPs - State of Mind (2018) and Emerald (2016).

In 2021 she made her professional debut as Cinderella in Cinderella a Traditional Pantomime, and in early 2022 was a part of the sell-out Fringe show Club D'Amore. She is currently a singer in the 80s tribute band Stand and Deliver and recently featured in the rock cabaret Miss Fribby and The Femmes. You'll find her anywhere there is colour, and if there isn't, don't worry she'll find a way!
