Emerson Brophy

Emerson is a Perth-born, Melbourne-based musician, actor, songwriter and content creator. Starting out performing on the piano, saxophone and ukulele in his early years, he eventually moved up to the musical theatre stage, with highlights including performing as Aaron in First Date (Cactus Musicals, 2022), and Sammy in The Wedding Singer (Limelight Theatre, 2017). He graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Diploma of Screen Performance in 2019.

His short satirical music videos commenting on political, social and current affairs have brought him notoriety online, building a social media audience spanning the globe. He’s also so far released two singles to streaming platforms, Day Job and Alone on Christmas, with many more solo projects in the works to be revealed soon!
